FAQ's

What printers do you use?
Capture Booth uses thermal dye sublimation printers, the same as the photo processing companies use, the best in the business. The prints are fast, touch dry and water proof immediately
Which camera do you use?
Our photo booth uses high end professional DSLR cameras resulting in sharp quality pictures.

Are you insured?
Of course! We have full public liability insurance.

How does the guest book work?
We set the photo booth up to print 2 copies of each picture, 1 for your guests and 1 for your guest book. We bring silver gel pens and encourage your guests to leave messages next to their pictures, they are a lovely keepsake.

What events are best for Capture Booth?
Capture Booth provides services for any type of event. We work best in open areas that guests frequent, transforming any event into a fun photo experience. The photobooth can enhance weddings, private parties, corporate and promotional events.

How much space does it take up?
The booth is 1m x 2m and we need about 3x4m to comfortably set up.

Venue requirements
We just need a powerpoint and 1 or 2 tables. One for props and one for the guestbook.

Is there a limit to number of photos and prints?

With our standard print options there’s no limit to the number of booth entries your guests can enjoy! They will receive a set of double photo strips from each session. You can choose to upgrade to extra prints. After all events, your guests will have access to an online gallery.

Can the photos be branded with my company logo or event details?
Yes, we can overlay photos with your event information, sponsor logo, and any other promotional branding elements.

How long can Capture Booth stay at our event?

In most cases, our packages include an operation time of 3 hours but this is flexible, and we can accommodate full and multi-day events.

Do you provide props?
Yes, a variety of props are available depending on which package you select. With advance notice, we can tailor a custom prop package for your event.

How long does it take to set up and break down?
It takes between 1.5-2 hours to set up and about 45 minutes to break down.

We are a non-profit, can you work with our budget?
Capture Booth supports community charities and foundations. Please contact us to receive a special non-profit rate for your event.
